Bread pockets are popular snack recipe made with the bread and cheese stuffing.It is an in idea snack for kids and adults.This recipe can also be made with pastry sheets or tortillas,but this recipe made with leftover bread pieces.
It is very easy to make with 2 ingredients. Trim the bread edges and roll with pin,stuff with cheese make a roll and deep fry till golden brown and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Bread pockets are quick and easy snack recipe and kids party snack appetizer too.

Ingredients:
1.Bread slices – 6 Nos
2.Cheese Blocks – 6 Nos
3.Oil for Deep fry
How to make bread pockets recipe instructions with step by step photo :
1.Take a mild cheese and cut into small cubes.
2.Take a bread slice and trim off the edges. you can use sides of the bread to prepare breadcrumbs by blending dry in mixi.
3.Roll the bread slice as thin as possible, this prevents the bread from absorbing oil.
4.Place a tbsp of prepared cheese block in one side of bread slice leaving space at the ends.
5.Brush some water around the edges.
6.Roll and press the edges to seal them tight. else the stuffing will be in oil while deep frying.
7.Trim the edges the if long .
8,Furthermore, heat the oil and deep fry the bread pockets on medium flame.
9.Fry them till they turn golden brown. drain and place on an absorbent paper.
10.Finally, serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Notes:
1. Firstly, use any bread slice of your choice, but make sure they are fresh. else bread will break while rolling
2.Mild cheese give more flavor. You can use any type of cheese of your choice.
3. Additionally, use maida paste or corn flour paste if the bread is not getting sealed with water.
4. Finally,serve hot
