INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients For Marination:
1. Roasted gram flour – 2 tbsp
2. Curd – 1/2 cup
3. Ginger garlic paste – 2tbsp
4. Red chilli powder – 2tsp
5. Roasted cumin powder – 1tsp
6. Garam masala – 1tsp
7. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
8. Oil – 1&1/2 tsp
9. Homemade food color – pinch
10. Salt to taste
11. Nutmeg a pinch
12. Paneer – 300 grams
13. Medium sized capsicum -2
14. Medium sized Onion – 2
15. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
16. Oil / butter for roast
*Spices adjust according to your taste
HOW TO MAKE PANNER TIKKA SKEWERS WITH GREEN CHUTNEY RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS WITH STEP BY STEP PHOTO:
Panner tikka skewers preparation:
1. Firstly, take thick curd / yogurt.
2. Further add in all the spices along with salt.
3. Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.
4. Now add ½ onion petals, ½ cubed capsicum (red & green) and 5 cubes paneer.
5. Mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.
6. Furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7. After marination, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions into wooden skewers.
8. Further, roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor. Make sure it doesn’t burnt.
9. Finally,serve paneer tikka immediately
Green chutney preparation:
Ingredients for Green Chutney:
1. Peanuts – 1 tbsp
2. Ginger – 1 inch
3. Cumin – 1 tsp
4. Green chillies – 4 to 5
5. Medium sized lemon
6. Mint leaves -1/2 cup
7. Coriander – 1 cup
8. Salt to taste
9. 1/2 Cup curd
Green chutney preparation :
1. Firstly, in a small blender take 1 cup coriander, ¼ cup pudina, 2 green chilli, 1 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger.
2. Blend to smooth paste adding water only if required.
3. Now transfer to the bowl.
4. Add¾ cup hung curd.
5. Also add ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt. And lemon juice.
6. Whisk smooth making sure the curd blends well with spices.
7. Green chutney is ready now .
8. Finally serve hot with panner Tikka skewers.

Notes:
1. Firstly, make sure to marinate at-least 30 minutes or extend till overnight, for perfect restaurant style tikka taste.
2. Also adding a drop of red food colour, gives bright red colour.
3. Finally, serve immediately, else it doesn’t taste great.
