INGREDIENTS:
For soaking:
1. Chickpeas/Kabuli chana – 3 cups
2. Water – 8 cups
For cooking:
1. Soaked chickpeas
2. Water – 4 cups
Other Ingredients:
1. Sugar – 1/4 cup or to taste
2. Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
How to make aquafaba whipped cream from Chickpeas recipe instructions with step by step photo:
1. Firstly,take chickpeas in a large bowl.
2. Add water and soak for 8 hours or overnight.
3. After that drain of the peas and wash well.
4. Now,take peas in a pressure cooker .
5 . Add water and cook for 8 whistles or till tender.
6. Now remove the lid and strain the water completely in a bowl.
7. Let it sit for cooled down.
8. Now ,bean juice is ready,transfer to a ice cube try.
9. Freeze for 6 hours or till set.
10. Chilled cubes are ready now. Mould out the cube in a bowl.
11. Let it set for 5 to 10 minutes and crush it with back spoon for faster response.
12. Add powdered sugar .
13. Use a mixer beat on low speed for 5 minutes or till liquid starts To get foamy.
14. After,5 minutes reduce the speed to medium and beat .its take 10 minutes to get soft peaks.
15. Now ,add vanilla essence .
16. Beat on high speed til ,get stiff peaks.do not over mix. Its all about 20 or less than 30 minutes.
17. Now aquafaba whipped cream is ready .
18. Enjoy the gluten free vegan whipped cream.

Note:
1. Make sure to beat the aquafaba for the suggested time
2. Any white bean liquid can be used.
3. If you use canned peas use unsalted or low salt beans for the best flavor.
4. Use stand mixer and high speed mixer only ..do not use hand whisker because it won’t whip
5. Use clean and closed bowl for faster result

1. Chopped Strawberries – 1/2 cup
2. Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
3. Organic coconut oil – 1/4 cup
Other Ingredients:

1. Firstly , take Strawberries a mixer jar.
2. Blend them to a smooth puree and set aside .
3. Now take coconut oil and coconut milk into a bowl
4. Now add strawberry puree
5. Mix well till combine
6. Now,pour the mixture into prepared aquafaba whipped cream
7. And mix well til combine ,do not over mix
8. Now, transfer to a container and cover with plastic wrap
9. Freeze for 6 hours or till set
10. Scoop out the ice cream
11. Top with sprinkles
12. Enjoy the ice cream
Note :
1. Be sure not to over beat once the milk mixture has been added.
2. Omit the oil to make it fat-free. (It’s just not a rich and creamy without oil).
3. Use any milk and oil instead of coconut milk and oil
