Ingredients:

1. Seabream fish – 250 grams (boneless & scrambled)

2. Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon

3. Salt – 1/2 teaspoon 

4. Oil- 2 tablespoon

5. Garlic – 2 cloves chopped

6.Green chillies – 2 chopped

7. Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon 

8. Onion – 1 large 

9. Curry leaves – 2 strings 

10. Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon

11. Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon

12. Pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon

13. Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or to taste 

14. Coriander – 1 tablespoon chopped

Seabream fish puttu recipe |Andhra fish bhurji | scrambled fish recipe instructions with step by step photo:

1.. First,start boiling water in a wide pan.

2. Now gently add scrambled fishes in to the boiling water.

3. Now add turmeric, salt and mix well

4. Close with lid and cook for 5 Minutes on medium flame.

5. Once the fish is cooked, strain the water and set aside

6. Now,In a pan add oil, garlic, green chillies,and saute for a minute

7. Add Curry leaves ,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute in high flame

8. Now add turmeric ,chilli powder,pepper powder and salt and saute 

9. Add chopped onion and saute well till it turns brown

10. Once the onion is transparent, add the prepared fish.

11. Mix it all together for 2 minutes,check for seasoning.

12. Finally add coriander leaves,mix well

13. Serve hot with rice or rotis 

Method 2:


If you can use whole fish pieces 

1. Firstly,rub the fish with salt and turmeric powder and leave it for 5 Minutes and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame .

2.Once the fish is cooked, gently remove the skin with a fork. Discard the skin and the bones. Be careful while scrambling .
