Black Forest cake with Bread | Instant Bread cake Recipe | heart shaped black forest cake with bread |no bake cake made with left over bread slices.It is rich,moist and mouth watering cake recipe.The black forest bread cake flavour is similar to black forest cake.So today I’m showing much easier and simple traditional cake.

BlackForest cake is a Chocolate Bread Cake with a Cherry syrup filling base with Whipped Cream and Cherries.In this recipe I’m using double cream for frosting, you can use fresh cream for rich flavour, and also you can use sugar syrup or rose water instead of cherry syrup.I have posted a few no bake cake recipes earlier. but this the moist and creamy traditional cake for occasions or parties.

How to make heart shape with bread ?

Heart shaped black forest cake with bread is very easy to make no bake cake recipe.In this recipe I’m using bowl for cutting the bread slices like half moon shape for forming a heart shape,you can use round cutter for this and keep aside.Now take one uncut bread slice and two half moon shape bread slices and arrange to make heart shape cake.

INGREDIENTS

FOR FROSTING:

1. 2 cup double cream

2. ¼ cup powdered sugar

3. 1 tsp vanilla essence

FOR CHERRY SYRUP:

1. 15 cherry, chopped

2. 1 tbsp sugar

3. ½ cup water

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

1. 8 slices bread, white or brown

2. ½ cup dark chocolate, grated

3. 8 cherry

Double cream frosting preparation:

1. Firstly, prepare the frosting by taking double cream.

2. Beat using hand whisker for 5 minute or until the cream slightly thickens.You can use electric beater as well.

3. Now add powdered sugar and  vanilla extract.

4. Continue to beat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.

5. Vanilla cream frosting is ready. Keep refrigerated till you use.

cherry syrup preparation:

1. Firstly, take chopped cherry, sugar and water.

2. Boil for 2 minutes in high flame and 2 min in low flame or until cherry softens.

 3. Cherry syrup is ready, keep aside.

bread cake layering:

1. Firstly, trim off the sides of bread slices.You can use brown bread or sandwich bread. I’m using white bread in this.

2. Take 4 slices of bread and cut them into half moon shape using round bowl or round cutter .

3. Do the same for remaining 3 slices .one bread slices gives 2 half moon shape slices.

4. Place a slice of bread over turning table.

5. Arrange the order to make heart shape.

6. Brush with cherry syrup.

7. Now spread frosting over it.

8. Top with cherrys

9. Place another bread slice and repeat cherry syrup and frosting alternatively for 3 slices of bread.

10. Over the last bread slice cover with frosting evenly on sides.

11. Grate the dark chocolate using a peeler.

12. Stick the dark chocolate shavings over sides of cake.

13. Also sprinkle on top and tap gently making sure it sticks uniformly.

14. Stuff the star nozzle piping bag with whipped cream. squeeze out and create design over cake.

15. Also, around the sides of cake, decorate with frosting.

16. Top with cherry making the cake look beautiful.

17. Finally, refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy

Notes:

1. Firstly, chocolate frosting can also be used in place of vanilla frosting.

2. Also, brushing with cherry syrup helps to make bread absorb sweetness and makes cake moist.

3. Additionally, decorate the cake to the pattern of your choice.

4. Finally, its stays good for 4 days when refrigerated.
