Ingredients :

1. Bread slices – 4

2. Whipping cream – 1/3 cup

3. Cocoa powder – 1tbsp

4. Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp

5. Powder sugar – 1 tbsp

6. Cherrys – 2

7. Sugar syrup -2tbsp(sugar 1tbsp, water 2tbsp)

8. Grated chocolate

How to make bread pastry cake instructions  with step by step photo:

whipped cream frosting preparation:

1. Firstly, prepare the frosting by taking whipping cream. use 35% milk fat cream for great result.

2. Now add powdered  sugar and vanilla essence

3. Continue to beat using hand beater for 5 minutes, or until stiff peaks appear.

 4. Frosting cream is ready. keep refrigerated till you use.

Sugar syrup preparation:

1. Firstly, take sugar and water.

2. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until clear change its softensbread 

Cake layering:

1. Firstly, trim off the sides of 4 slices of bread.

2. Place a slice of bread over plate  /turning table brush with a tsp of sugar syrup

3. Now spread a tbsp of frosting over it.

4. Place another bread slice and repeat cherry syrup and frosting alternatively for 3 slices of bread.

5. Over the last bread slice cover with frosting uniformly on sides.

6. Keep it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

7. Cut in the middle and stuff the star nozzle piping bag with whipped cream. squeeze out and create design over cake.

8. Grate the chocolate using a peeler

9. Top with cherry making the cake look beautiful.

10. Finally, refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy

Notes:

1. Firstly, chocolate frosting can also be used in place of vanilla frosting.

2. Also, brushing with sugar syrup helps to make bread absorb sweetness and makes cake moist.

3. Additionally, decorate the cake to the pattern of your choice.

4. Finally, it’s good for 4 days when refrigerated.
