Ingredients :

1. Watermelon – 1 (medium size) or 2 cups of chopped rind cubes

2. Sugar – 1&1/2 cup

3. Water – 3 cups 

4. Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon

5. Food colours – red ,green ,yellow (few drops) 

Homemade tutti frutti recipe instructions with step by step photo:

1. Firstly, remove the red part from the watermelon pieces.

2. Now,peel the green part from the watermelon rind.

3. Chop the white watermelon rind into small cubes(not too small)

4. Boil these cubes in a saucepan for about 8-10 minutes or until they turn translucent.

5. Stain of the water and let them cool for sometime

6. Now, let’s make the sugar syrup. water in a pan and add  sugar to it. 

7. Let the sugar melt.Stir occasionally

8. When all the sugar has melted, add the rind cubes to it and let it boil in sugar syrup for 5 Minutes

9. Now add vanilla essence and mix well

10. Now bring to boil about for another 5 Minutes or 1 string consistency forms 

11. Let the sugar syrup cool down.

12. Now divide the cubes into 3 parts, so that we can add colour to it. You can use as many colours you want.

13. Add food colour to each part and mix thoroughly.

14. Let it soak for about 2 hours.

15. After two hours, strain the excess colour using kitchen towel

16. Now spread on plate carefully,do not combine 

17. Now dry them for around a day in open.

  18. Dried well ,now you can store in fridge for 3 months or more

19. Tutti Frutti is ready and you can enjoy it with ice cream, pudding, cakes and a lot other things

Note:

1. Firstly, use freshly prepared tutti frutti to make delicious recipes

2. Also, add colours of your choice to make it more attractive.

3. Additionally, cut the cubes of watermelon into small cubes for uniform cooking.

4. Finally,  stays good for months when refrigerated.
