Ingredients :
1. eggs – 2
2. milk – 250 ml
3. jaggery – 3 tbsp
4. cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
5. pepper powder – 3/4 tsp
Tips:
First, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 min. Now place the pudding mixture into the oven bowl and place it into the oven and bake it for 300F.
Instructions:
1. Take a bowl and hatch the eggs into it .
2. Now pour the eggs into the mixer jar and blend them until the foam occurs.
3. Next add milk and jaggery blend for 5 minutes.
4. Now the mixture is ready and we have to cook it.
5. Place a pan on the stove and pour some water into it. Now place the pudding mixture bowl in the pan and place a lid on it followed by a weight .
6. Add cardamom powder and black pepper powder and mix well till combined .
7. Now Steam it for 30 minutes on low flame.
8. Insert a spoon to know if it is cooked.
9. Yummy Yummy Junnu is ready to serve and eat. Can’t stop eating the dish after seeing it. Mouth watering sweet is ready which can be prepared with out using the colostrum milk.
